We recognise that your computer installation is an integral part of your organisation and that computer system failure impacts on productivity and the quality of services provided to your customers. Our aim
and commitment to you is to help you achieve the maximum benefit from your computer resources.
Preventative Maintenance Program
(PMP) $ 400 per month
Monthly Support Program that maintains your server environment.
Support Plus Program $ 575 per month
Monthly Support Program that includes up to 6 hours support per month.
Phone support : Minimum 15 minutes
Remote support : Minimum 30 minutes
On Site support : Minimum 1 hour plus call fee of ½ hour
Support in excess of 6 hours within a month charged at $ 100 per hour.
Note: unused hours are not rolled over to the following month.
Casual Support $ 120 per hour

Note:
Both the PMP and Support Plus Program are payable monthly in advance
